### Delivery of Purchased Goods
If the customer fails to confirm a delivery date more than three times, the order will be canceled. Failure to confirm a delivery date includes missed phone calls to the provided contact number, the inability of a representative to propose a delivery date, and similar cases. If the customer postpones or changes the delivery date more than three times after the seller has initially confirmed readiness for delivery, or if the total postponement exceeds 45 business days, the order will be canceled.
A request for postponement can be made via phone at +359 87 822 9936 or by email at info@edrodesign.com. If the postponement request is not made within the specified timeframe, the general order cancellation rules apply. If the customer fails to accept the delivery on the agreed date without prior notice, additional transportation fees of 5 BGN per extra delivery attempt will be charged. If three delivery attempts have been made and the customer has still not accepted the goods, the order will be canceled.
**Failure to accept delivery is defined as:** any failure to receive the goods that has not been notified in advance or was notified on the same day as the scheduled delivery without a valid reason or force majeure event (e.g., flooding, fire, earthquake, death of the recipient or their close relatives).
The delivery of ordered goods is carried out in accordance with the chosen method by the customer and within the specified timeframes, following Article 103b of the Consumer Protection Act.
The conditions for transport and carrying goods to upper floors are specified in the "Services" section of the website.
Deliveries are made to the closest possible location to the entrance of an apartment building or the front yard gate of a house. This means the nearest point where the seller's vehicle can be parked.
The customer is required to assist in unloading the ordered goods if no additional carrying service has been requested.
Edro Design may request additional order confirmation via phone, fax, or email. If the customer refuses to provide the requested information, the order will be automatically canceled with or without prior notice.
The delivery cost is specified in the "Delivery Terms" section and is automatically included in the total order price.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or change the delivery location under the following conditions:
- The destination is inaccessible due to undeveloped or unsuitable road infrastructure.
- The road is unpaved, too narrow, or poses a risk to the integrity of the goods, the vehicle, or the transport personnel.
- The area is known for high crime rates or is in an unsafe urban district.
If a delivery location change is necessary, the seller will notify the customer in advance and agree on an alternative location that is mutually convenient.
Edro Design is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or force majeure circumstances beyond its control. The company is also not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen extraordinary events such as fires, accidents, military actions, natural disasters (storms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, snowstorms, etc.), embargoes, government bans, strikes, or civil unrest.
Upon delivery, the goods must be carefully inspected by the customer or an authorized representative. If there are visible external defects (damage, dents, or other visible issues), the customer must immediately sign a damage report in the presence of the courier and notify the online sales department at +359 87 822 9936 or info@edrodesign.com.
If the shipment is accepted without remarks, any claims regarding visible external defects will be considered invalid. If a damage report is not signed in the courier's presence or the online sales department is not immediately notified, the customer loses the right to claim visible external defects.
If a product defect is found due to transportation, the customer will be notified by phone, and a new delivery date will be arranged. If the seller does not deliver the goods within the newly agreed timeframe, the customer has the right to terminate the contract.
If Edro Design has provided a written confirmation of a specific delivery date and time, this statement is binding. If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete address details, contact information, or phone number, Edro Design is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
Upon delivery, the customer or an authorized third party must sign the accompanying documents. A third party is considered any person who is not the original buyer but accepts the goods at the provided delivery address.
If the customer is not available at the given address during the delivery time or fails to ensure access to the delivery location, Edro Design is released from its obligation to complete the delivery, and the customer forfeits any rights related to the order.
Edro Design reserves the right to change the subcontractor responsible for delivery without prior notice to the customer, provided that this does not affect the delivery method or timeframe.
Edro Design delivers orders only within Bulgaria.
The standard delivery time for our orders is 45 business days. (Orders may be delivered earlier than the specified time. In such cases, the seller will contact the customer using the provided contact details to inform them about the delivery.)
For orders exceeding 45 business days, the customer has the right to request a refund.
